Policy
While managing public procurement, Energy Cells is guided by the principles of transparency, equality, non-discrimination, mutual recognition, and proportionality, as is regulated by the EPSO-G Group’s Procurement Policy.
Execution
Procurement is carried out by the sales operators that are appointed by the CEO of Energy Cells (low-value procurements) and the Public Procurement Commission (simplified and international procurements), which consists of:

• Chief Technical Officer Vitalijus Baranskas
• Administration and Procurement Manager Giedrė Šiaulienė
• Senior lawyer of EPSO-G Justas Grigaravičius
Declaration of interests
